I have been noticing that at night my arm and my leg have been falling asleep and hurts so much, especially my arm, has anyone had that happen?

How are they positioned at the time?

My husband had that happen to him. He had a pinched nerve stemming from some problem with his spine. I'm not saying that is the case with you but could be possiblity. I'd see a doctor or chiropractor.
