I'm new to Cathe on Fit TV, but am really loving her show (no, not just watching!!)...Such a challenge compared to most others out there! No time for boredom, that's for sure!
Am wondering a couple of things...I've been a 6 day a week exerciser for years now, but am having a hard time finding a "full" Cathe set to buy...This is my typical week
Sunday-High Cardio (1/2 hour)-Weights (1/2 hour)
Monday-Low Cardio (1 hour)-Abs (20 minutes)
Tuesday-High cardio (1/2 hour)-Weights (1/2 hour)
Wednesday-Off of work, off of workouts!!
Thursday-Low Cardio (1 hour)-Abs (20 minutes)
Friday-High (1/2 hour)-Weights (1/2 hour)
Saturday-Low (1 hour)-Abs (20 minutes)
I've always been told that you aren't supposed to weight train (cardio, such as step or running wouldn't count) the same part 2 days in a row (abs not included)...Am I correct in this? I have some pretty "beginner" vids at home, and am giving those to a friend who's just gotten into fitness...Which full set of Cathe's would you all recommend with what my typical week looks like??
