Quick Question

I went for a job/walk for 45 minutes, will I get almost the same results if I jog and walk the mile? I can't jog it straight yet, I get a tight chest and have to walk for a few minutes to get my breath back. I thought I would start to throw that into my weaks workouts, I want to add more cardio till I can loose another 10 pounds, I pulled out my summer shorts and I can't fit into them LOL. If I jog and dance and step during the week I was wondering how much weight I can loose if I stick to clean eating, I want to try the one someone told me about, eat clean the whole week and then have one day to where I can eat something else. My goal is 10 pounds.
 
I've always heard that the best way to do cardio/burn calories is to maintain your target heart rate for a set amount of time. You can buy a monitor at wal-mart. Even if you can't jog the whole mile yet, it sounds like you're probably maintaining your heart rate.
