Can anyone list which Cathe workouts are like Les Mills BodyPump. I am just starting with Cathe and have a lot of her workouts. Don't want to make another purchase for Les Mills if Cathe has the same thing.
Body pump is a high rep endurance strength workout using a barbell.
Power hour and High reps are substitute.
Please note high rep use dumbbell as well as barbell. Therefore high reps offer a slightly different workout compared to les mills. Plus cathe's own approach and know how offer a different fun!
