Questions for Ms. Fit Subscribers

I am looking at signing on with Ms. Fit's E consultations. I want to know what is needed to get started. I see that she requires a body fat tester, and I'm guessing a bathroom scale would be good. Is a food scale needed as well?

I will be forty in a few months and am really looking to boost my fitness level and change by body composition for the better-or best I can be.

Thanks,

Diana

Diana,

Yes, you are right: a food scale, a weight scale and a body fat analyzer. A tape measure would also be helpful. I bought the basic food scale at Walmart for about $8.

Hi Candi,

I've been on vacation-Have you posted any updates lately? I would like to know how you are progressing, and did you find the meal planning difficult or not?

Thanks,

Diana

So far, after about 5 weeks the tally is 2 % body fat and 2 lbs lost. I am going on vacation this week but plan on signing up again when I get back. My abs and my legs have shown the most improvement.

No. The meal planning was not difficult for me once I got the drill down. Cutting out fruit and sugar the first few days was a little hard because my body had to adjust. After that it was pretty easy. You also get a cheat day so that helps. Also, Karen will provide you with your macronutrient information along with a menu so it's pretty well spelled out.

Good luck, Diana :)
