Questions about substituting dvd's on rotations!

Hi
I started the march 07' intermediate rotation yesterday and I don't have a couple of the workouts listed like...

Pyramid upperbody or lowerbody
cardio & Weights
push pull
cross train express kickbox
cardio kicks

Can anybody suggest what I can substitute for these?

I own.....
Low Impact Circuit
Kick punch crunch + Legs and Glutes
Low impact step
Basic step
Body fusion
power hour
body max
Maximum Intensity strength
total body strecthing

And I have Body max 2 on the way!

I know I could probably substitute KPC for the cardio kicks and the Cross train express kickbox! But the others Im not sure about!

The Rotation also calls for a 40min cycle ride,could I do a long walk instead!

Here's what I'd substitute, using the workouts that you have:

>Pyramid upperbody or lowerbody:L&G or MIS lower body exercises for lower body, BMax upper body segment for upper body

>cardio & Weights: Low impact circuit, Body Fusion or BMax (BMax would take the intensity up, but I wouldn't sub it if I were using Bmax upper body for upper body)

>push pull: PH

>cross train express kickbox :KPC plus whatever body part (is it triceps?) from BF or MIS

>cardio kicks: KPC

A fast walk would be a fine substitution for a 40-minute bike ride, IMO.
