Questions about new videos...

Can you tell us the answers to
these questions yet:
Are the step & hi/lo tapes gong
to be basic,moderate, or complex
choreogrphy?
Will the cardio in Circuit Max
be a mix or all step?
Can a kickboxing-impaired (well,
sort of) modify your kickboxing
tapes (by kicking low, etc.)?
Do you think a person can
combine some of the shorter
cardio portions in the 6 pack
(like in MIC), or will they be
too tough to combine (like mini
IMAX's)?
How can you offer such great
deals all the time? (Just
kidding.)
Thanks for any input you can give me.

Hi Jennifer!

I'll try. I'm known to change things up to the last minute if there is a problem such as the music not complimenting the workout enough or something else of this nature. But I do try to stick to what was presented as much as possible.

As for your questions:

1) The step tapes are going to be moderate in choreography. The hi/lo will be mostly high impact(yet modifyable) with more basic movement and fun in nature. In some ways similar to hi/lo in MIC. The reason for this is because in order to keep complicated choreography intense, it usually requires a lot of traveling which most people do not have the room for.

2) Circuit Max is strongly leaning in the direction of varied cardio.

3) You will without a doubt be able to modify Cardio Kicks.

4) There is no problem with combining the cardio portions of the 6 pack if you would like to.

5) Glad you are enjoying our prices. We love to offer our customers a deal!!!!!

Thank you, Cathe!

I'm not so worried about you changing things at the last minute. My feelings about it are that it's your video, first & foremost, & that the ultimate decisions are yours. Plus, I love surprises, & I love to see what you & other instructors come up with all on your own (without public interference.)
I don't think I will be able to resist getting all the new videos. Thanks for the info, & have a great day!

No Complex Choreography!!!

I will buy the new tapes but Iam a little disappointed that the step choreography will all be moderate. The main thing I love about Cathes tapes is the complex choreography, I LOVE IT!!!!
But Iam sure since they are Cathe tapes I will like them.

Cathe's "moderate" choreography...

is really pretty interesting! I am a great fan of complex choreography, expecially Cathe's, because she doesn't sacrifice intensity. But, remember that these tapes are considered "moderate" choreography: Body Max & Interval Max. Need I say more? Okay, I will! I love the choreography on both those tapes just as much as her other tapes! I don't think anyone has anything to worry about when ordering these tapes. I think Cathe is going to go far above our expectations.
