Core Max, Muscle Max, Gym Style, and Low Imax
Cathe,
Thank you for the new DVDs. They sound great. I have had chronic glute pain for years now. Although, my doctors still don't know what it is, we do know that I have to modify my workouts. Sadly, a year ago, I stopped all moderate and high impact workouts, which meant just about everything but swimming and the elliptical. I also stopped doing squats and lunges. I found it easiest to just do PUB and all of the upper body Slow and Heavy. I do some modified pillates moves for my lower body. Anyway, until I fix this problem, I need DVDs that I can use this way. I think a Core Max DVD should be fine, but can you tell me how upper body and lower body are divided in Muscle Max and Gym Style? Approximately how long will each DVD be?
Thank you for a low impact video. I will try it once I know more about it.
PS. Thanks to my heavy upper body work with PUB and SH, I have not gained any weight, even though I have dramatically decreased my cardio.
Thanks,
Kathy
