I rarely order anything online but DeepDiscount.com has a few dvd's that I'm interested in at good prices. I'm not sure but I thought some people may have had some problems with ordering from them. Can you share your experiences? I noticed they offer free shipping. Is that all the time and do you get the items in a timely manner? Also, there's an area to enter a promo code. Where do you find promos for that site and can you order by phone? How's their customer service? Sorry for all the questions but I don't want to have any problems. Thanks for the information.

I have ordered from them in the past with no problem and received my order in a timely manner. However I know others have complained about slow shipping and at one point I think a compromised site that was not secure. But I think that was taken care of. I would order from them again as I had no problems.
 
I've ordered once or twice and never had a problem. I think the package arrived sooner than I expected, based upon my experiences with Amazon. My memory is a bit hazy, but the fact that I don't remember much indicates no bad experiences.

Their prices are truly rock bottom, the problem is finding what you want. If you can find it, BUY IT.

If there's a promo, you can just put "deep discount promotional code" in google and find it.

I would happily order from them again.

I order from them all the time -- as a matter of fact, I just placed an order 10 minutes before I saw this post! I just ordered one of Jari Love's Get Ripped DVDs (one of the most recent). She has it for about 15 bucks on her website, plus over $8 in shipping. I got it for $8.97 with free shipping. Anyhow -- I've always received everything with no problems (usually within a week to 10 days), so I've never had to call customer service. I can't answer questions about the promo code, either. But I usually order quite a bit during Christmastime and the past couple of years I've had no problem whatsoever!

I guess I was the unlucky one. Twice my CC info was stollen (I had few fraudelent transactions on my CC) and I had to close my account twice. I am 99.9% suire it was from DD. I have read on VF that many people had the same issue. This happened to me a year ago.
