Hi Cathe and Happy New Year!! I cant remember if I've asked this question before, and if I have I obviously cant remember the answer! I was wondering your thoughts on doing a different strength rotation each week and then repeating the cycle a few times, or if you think results would be better to concentrate on one strength rotation for a few weeks and then switch to something else??

According to somethin I read by Dave Draper in BISS...Beginners need to (or perhaps should is more accurate) do the same movements for a while to give their muscles time to adapt and grow. He says that one of the most common mistakes beginners make is to get impatient and change things up. Let your body adapt to the workout.

I, personally, don't think this holds true as much for more intermediate or advanced exercisers.
