If this isn't going to be on it's own dvd, how is it going to be included? Will it be added to one of the weeks workouts or will it be an extra on the ab workout? Just curious how we'll receive it if it's not going to be on it's own dvd.
Also, how will it be incorporated into STS? Will we be only using it during the rest week(s) or will it be used weekly?
