Question on Timesaver DVDs

Hello,
I have been stepping for awhile, mostly in the gym, but have started to do it at home. I am familiar with Christi Taylor and Cathe Friedrich's videos as I have several of them and have done them in the past. I recently purchased the timesaver dvd as I wanted to incorporate weight lifting into my routine. I am wondering if this is going to be enough cardio (it evens out to about 20 minutes per workout). Have others gotten good results from the timesaver workouts? Any advice?

Hi there!

I guess it probably depends on your starting point.

I personally got good results and lost quite a bit of post pregnancy weight using the timesaver DVD. After using the DVD a ton on times I did move on to Cross Train Express and then to longer cardios.

If you try it and feel like you need more cardio you could always tack on an extra section at the end. Sometimes after doing step blast sections 1 and 2 I would add the 3 section if I felt like I could keep going.

Good Luck!
