First I'd like to say that I love you and your workout crew. This is my first time posting to you. I've been doing a lot of the core workouts and other workouts of yours. But, my waist seems to be getting bigger and my clothes are tighter. I can tell my abs are strong but I feel too "thick" in the middle. I'm trying to eat clean and is this a question of my form being off or something because I think I am following everything well? Any advice would certainly be appreciated.
