Hi Cathe-
I was doing an oldie, but goodie today, PS legs. When I got to the deadlift part of the workout, I tinkered a bit w/ my hand position when holding the barbell.
Instead of holding the barbell w/ palms facing towards my legs, I reversed them so that my palms were facing outward.
For some reason, I was really able to feel the movement much more than when doing it the "original" way. It was nice!
I wanted to see if you knew if this something that would compromise safety/quality of the exercise or if you thought this might be OK to do.
Thanks in advance, Lynn M.
