Question on form for pull-up tubing

Hi Cathe -

Can you please show us a close-up of what our form should be when using the tubing as a substitute for pull-ups? Should our hands be level with our shoulders? Or should our elbows be at shoulder level with our arms up like goal-posts? And should we be changing our hand position at all when you talk about chin-ups versus pull-ups?

yes please cathe! I am also having trouble with the tubing. I don't feel it as much as I think I should.

Tracy - be sure you're using heavy enough tubing. I started with blue and realized that just wasn't enough. I switched to red and that has made all the difference. I pull just slightly beyond where I would be if I was doing a similar exercise with free weights. If you have the right resistance band, you'll know it right away. (at least I did)

What tubing are people using. Did you order it from Cathe and how do you attach it to the door? Thanks
