question on DVD xchange for Cathy or staff

Hi

I had purchased Low Impact Circuit a few months ago. I am not sure if it was purchased from cathe.com or collagevideo. While I love the workout, I find that half way through the DVD, the music suddenly takes over the soundtrack. It was so loud, I can hardly hear Cathe at all. I checked all the settings. Nothing was changed or touched or moved through out the DVD.

I understand that there is a remastered version and I am hoping that I may be able to exchange the one I have for the remastered one even though I don't remember where I purchased it from. (probably asking too much)

I M SO SORRY. I TAKE IT BACK. After I clicked "post message", my brain said.. you should have emailed the customer service... duh! and I didn't know how to delete the post.
