question on core max

I know that Cathe delivers intense ab exerices on Core Max. But I wanted to know if she's pretty balanced with lower back workouts. I know that ab exercises strengthen the lower back but I just want to know if she dedicates specific exercises for the lower back. She threw in a couple of exercises on the Beginning/Intermediate High Step DVD. I'd love to get Core Max but I want to know what she does with the lower back first. Can anyone help? Thanks.
 
Core Max consists of 3 segments (about 20 mins each) and it also has 3 great ab premixes so it's like having 6 ab workouts in one. All the segments have a 2 min warm-up that's pretty much lower back oriented. Although the DVD has more ab exercises, she does a lot of exercises for the lower back (for example supermans, planks, inverted v's etc). I also like the way she planned the exercises. She targets every part throughly. For example she'll go from lower abs, to obliques, to upper abs, to lower back. She makes all the ab muscles work and the lower back too! I like this DVD a lot!!!!
