Question: I did Meso 1 Disk 3 on Sunday and yesterday I did Meso 1 Disk 4 and Turbo Jam KPJ, just the cardio. My legs are screaming today. I need the burn but should I rest today. I'm 52 years old and I do stupid stuff all the time then I hurt myself. Not sure if I should go ahead and do the elliptical for 30 min or not.
Cathe or someone, do you think women my age need more recovery time than other people. Cause sometimes I think I can do anything I used to. Then something or other starts to hurt abnormally and it takes forever to get rid of it.
The only reason I did two Mesocycles in a row is because I'm trying to play catch up since I came back from vacation. I usually lift Sunday, Tuesday or Wednesday and Friday. But in order for me to get the amount of burn I need per week I have to do cardio on the same days as lifting as well as the days I don't lift. Which is fine usually but my legs are toast from that workout on Sunday.
