Hi ladies -
I just want to know one thing - how on earth do you all fit in such awesome workouts every day?
I know some of you don't work away from the home, and that would help quite a bit. But what about those of you who do work out of the home?
My personal situation is: up at 4:30, get ready for work an walk the dog. Hit the road at 5:40, to be at work at 7 a.m. Get off at 3:30 and am home by 4:30, if there are no traffic hangups. Feed the horses. Hurry back home and cram in an hour, maybe an hour and 20 min, workout. Fix dinner, clean up, crash.
I just love to see all these incredible, long workouts! I can do that on weekends, but I'm really at my max during the week. Drat.
