I have been doing the 3 cardios for awhile and love them. I finally broke down and ordered the rest.My bar seems to be working fine. I see very little difference from how they work each body part in these workouts. The only difference I saw between Revolution and Extreme was the triceps track? I have only done the 30 min one and the Revolution one workout. I have previewed the Extreme one and the basic 20 min one. The work sheet pages are all laid out exactly the same bodypart order. I did notice they change instructors for the different body parts from one dvd to the other. It just seems that since they made several workouts there would be more variety.
