I started P90x on October 1st. This week was supposed to be week 3. But I got sick So I haven't worked out all week, well yesterday I did half a TJ and had to stop after 30 mintues. Chest started hurting and head was pounding. I am going to try and workout to day. So my queston is should I just start at week three again on Sunday? Then the next week(4)would be my recovery week or should I count this as my recovery week do week three then just go onto week five. Thanks for any advice.
