Question for those of you who have done P90X?

I started P90x on October 1st. This week was supposed to be week 3. But I got sick:( So I haven't worked out all week, well yesterday I did half a TJ and had to stop after 30 mintues. Chest started hurting and head was pounding. I am going to try and workout to day. So my queston is should I just start at week three again on Sunday? Then the next week(4)would be my recovery week or should I count this as my recovery week do week three then just go onto week five. Thanks for any advice.

I'd start week 3 on Sunday. Depending on how you feel, you might think about adding in an extra week of Phase I, since you had a break in the middle. If you don't feel like you are ready for recovery week after next week, just do another work week.

I'm not a pro, as I am just finishing my second week of P90X tomorrow. But, if it were me, I would start week 3 and see how much I could get done and how I felt. If it was a good week, I'd move on to week 4 after that. If I felt like I wasn't able to put in a solid week 3, I would probably add an extra week to phase 1 to make up for the sick week.

I wouldn't mind checking in with each other since we're both at the same spot. Just let me know.
 
More agreement. AND if you are coming off being sick, don't get frustrated if you are laggin a bit. It's a tough rotation to "get sick" on, but just do what you can with week 3 and continue from there. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Thanks everyone. I will start Sunday as it was week 3 then hopefully by the end of the week my new Cathes will be here:) SO for week 4 I will do them. I feel back to normal today so I should workout but I think I will wait till tomorrow. So I am all rested for Chest & Back and the wonderfull Ab Ripper X}(
