I am one of those who ordered in December, I ordered another DVD along with the hardcore series, so I did get my DVD the older one. I'm just curious I noticed you stated the rest of the orders should get shipped out Thursday and Friday. So if we who preordered do not get notification by Monday should we email customer service??

Yes, but first always check "Cathe Easy Track" . You may not get an email if you or we typed your email address incorrectly.Also if you have a mail filter this may cause a problem.
