Question For Peeps Doing the May Rotation

I was just wondering (since I've never lifted doing only one body part per day) - Is it good enough to work your legs only once a week or does everyone figure a second leg workout into their routines. I know everyone is different, but my legs are a bit of a problem area on me and I didn't know if the weight workout once a week plus all of the cardio is going to be enough.

Also, is anyone going to do an easy workout (active recovery) on their rest day? I was thinking of doing this but I don't know if everyone thinks it would be overtraining. I'm an advanced exerciser.

I believe one good leg workout/week plus one floor workout/week (I usually separate them so I can go full steam on each type or workout) is sufficient. Remember, you are also working them during step, IMAX, LowMax, Kickbox, Circuits etc. I always include at least one circuit with lower body work/ week as a cardio.
