Question for Marlene 123

Hi Marlene,

I have a question for you re: your "Food and Fitness Tips" in the Vol 4 Rotations that Kathy S. so kindly shared with me. You say that when you first started, you did cardio 5 or 6 X per week, plus MIS and PS. I just want to know how long the cardio sessions were. Did you do 1 hr cardio to make your workout time 2 hrs on some days? 30 min. of cardio on wt. days? Just curious.

TIA. Robin http://www.smilies-world.de/Smilies/Smilies_klein_1/flower.gif

My food and fitness tips in Volume 4? What is that all about? I am honored, of course, but don't know what Volume 4 is except as the Time Crunch Workout by The Firm.

Anyway, cardio times varied each day. I did not start back right away with Cathe....I used some easier tapes. But cardio was never less than 1/2 hour (warm up and cool down included) and usually about 45 minutes. As I got back into shape I got more and more Cathe stuff and used whichever I felt in the mood for.

Yes, I spent a lot of time with exercising at the beginning because I wanted to lose weight as well as get muscle. I was very determined. So on weight training/cardio days it would usually take me about 2 hours.

Now that most of my goals have been met I can "relax" and do cardio 3 times a week, usually two of Cathe's regular length ones plus any one of the CTX cardios which are 30 minutes long.
