Question for Legs & Glutes users!

Hi everyone! After viewing Legs & Glutes, I am eager to try it but I'm not sure how to fit this into a rotation. Normally, I'll do a lower body tape followed the next day by a complementing upper body tape, to give my legs a rest. How do you all use it? Thanks in advance for your time.:)

Hi Ally! It does work the legs much more in this rotation but I'm having loads of fun with it. Here's my rotation:

Sat: SJ&P
Sun: KP&C
Mon: Supersets
Tues: SB
Wed: L&G
Thurs: PP
Fri: Rest

Have fun! Kathy:D

I've been doing it just like you described. For example, I did the step and upper body portion of BodyMax on Saturday then I did L&G on Sunday. Yesterday I did MIS upper body and tomorrow I plan to do L&G. I think the body blast rotation just described would work pretty good too.

We also have an extra upper body workout from Cardio/Weights Intensity Series that had no lower workout to pair up with. You could alternate with that too. Or maybe even do the upper body weights work followed by legs and glutes on the same day!

Love that tape and getting great results!

I'm been doing one BB a day and I swear by legs and butt are the best they have been in years. I'm in my 40s. BIggest area of improvement is legs where I'm seeing less fat and quad and hamstring definitition. SO for me one a day worked best!
