Hi
I know you read alot so have you read the cardio free diet? I wonder what you think of Jim and his ideas? It would be hard for me to give up cardio.

Nope, I haven't read it, but I think that it's very possible to lose weight and be fit with just a healthy diet and weight training, especially if you are active in your daily life (walking or biking places, spending a lot of time moving). I saw good results when, as a grad student, I just did weights and ate well (but I did walk or bike almost everywhere, so while I wasn't getting any special 'cardio exercise,' I was rather active.
 
That makes sense. Weights good eating and some cardio. Instead of busting it with cardio. That is what it means I guess. Thanks
