i got a response in the nutrition thread where i posted the question originally but the response was how no one really knows what its all about. i didn't order it b/c i don't want to spend money on something where they can't even tell me how the diet is layed out. Its like the secret diet LOL I'm sorry i wasn't of much more help. Mabe someone else on here has gotten more info on it. I love the infomercial on it. Makes it seem like a really good plan but I need a little more details.
