Hi Pinky
I like you have a curve in my spine, from the base of the neck down about midway. Which does make it hard to lay flat on my back when doing some of the exercises, but I don't modify, like when doing the ABS in AB hits, when Cathe, lays flat on her back and legs up in the air lifting them for lower abdominals, I want to get the full effect from the exercise so I just keep my head raised up like I am going to work both ends. I was wondering if you have this same problem since I read you have a curve in the spine too? Of course I have to make this same modification with all the exercises that we have to lay on our backs flat
... Was just curious about you .... thanks Rhonda :7
ps .. lol I guess I do modify if I keep my head up ...
