Hi, Debbie,

I took your advice adding Yoga session at night. I only doing this regularly for a couple weeks, I started to notice my flexibility increased. Surprisingly, my strength increased, too. Thank you so much for this advice.

You mentioned that you like Bryan Kest's Power Yoga. I tried it first time, I could not finish it because I could not follow him and the length of time holding each pose is different. Last night, I finally followed it and finished the whole session for "Energize". Could you tell me what your experience in doing it when you just started with him? What are the tips to be able to follow him so that I can move to next level?

Thanks

Hi WantFit,
I also had a hard time when I first did Bryan and holding the poses for so long. I just worked my way into it, holding the poses longer and longer as I progressed with his workouts. Like Cathe, his workouts are not ones you can just do right off the bat. Especially if you haven't done yoga before.

I still haven't progressed to "Sweat" yet. I highly doubt I'll ever be able to do a headstand so that workout just scares me. "Tone" is kind of like "Energize" but a little more advanced with the poses, it is my favorite one.

You are doing this right, take your time and learn the poses and how your body should feel while doing them. When you feel like "Energize" isn't a challenge anymore, move on to "Tone". Yoga isn't something to take lightly, you can injure yourself if you aren't careful.
