Question for Fitness freak

Hi Debbie,

I have a quick quesiton for you. I would like to try rotations but I noticed that rotations seem to be for 6 days/week. Between work and kids, I can only manage 3 time a week. Is a rotation worth it in my case and if so, can I modify the rotations that are posted and how?

Thanks
Nathalie

Well, all my rotations are done up for people who workout 6 days a week. You can't really change it to fit a 3 day a week exerciser.

I wouldn't even know what to recommend for only 3 days a week. I'm sorry! I'm at a loss here!

Just a thought . . .

Can you do the weight work as recommended and then sub any cardio with something you can do with your kids?

I remember taking bike rides, jogging with the kids in a jogging stroller, chasing them around the park, taking brisk walks or doing hills with a stroller, playing soccer, basketball, etc. where you have to do a lot of running?

Heck - you can even jump rope and get in a good workout.

If you have a chance, check out some of the fitness magazines: Oxygen, Shape, etc. They seem to be showing loads of outdoor exercising since the weather is nice. Maybe incorporate some of those for your cardio.

Hope you can figure something out. If nothing else, try just rotating full body workouts with cardio so at least you are doing something.
