Hi Debbie (and others). I was watching some of the info you posted in you Dec rotation (LOVE that you do these BTW [ohhh - rubbing salt in it huh
]) and in particular the "not so much cardio" issue. Looking at the STS breakdown, Cathe has also recommended keeping the cardio and weights for separate days, OR AT LEAST NOT IN THE SAME SESSION.
So here is my question -- assuming I don't get in a "fasting cardio session" first thing in the a.m., but still want to do cardio and weights on the same day -- how long would you say to separate them by? I'd really appreciate any info or thoughts. Thanks!
