I have just purchased Jari Loves Get Ripped Slim and Lean, and Ripped to the Core, I have never done any of her workouts and would greatly appreciate if you could tell what would be the best way to use them. Thank You.
Cynthia - how did that rotation work for you? I wish there was a rotation that used all of her DVDs in a month. I seem to remember reading that you enjoyed that rotation. Have you done any others? I copied and pasted a rotation or two from a post a while back that I think you had posted. Seems like one was intermediate and one advanced. GR1000 was my first Jari Love DVD. I love it. Always fun.

I found the rotations on the Ya Ya board. Before I found the official rotations, I was rotating all of the Ripped 3x's a week(alternating based on doms). That worked too.
My favorite is R&C. The original Ripped it the easiest of the series, but I found if you do a set, rewind and do it again, it's very challenging.
Did you know Jari recently filmed some new workouts? No word on what they are. I can't wait!
Cynthia - Yes, I had heard about the workouts, but know nothing other than that she is supposed to be coming out with new ones...some help I am, huh??! I am excited too. I just joined the Ya-Ya board this week. Haven't really looked around over there yet though. I've never done the original Get Ripped. Figured if there was a harder one, I would do that instead, but I do have all of the series and should really try them all.
