Question for experienced freestylers?

First...I don't have the book but this is what my current rotation is because I'm taking a break from heavy lifting and doing more endurance workouts. Is this enough for the legs?

Mon: High Step Challenge
Tues: GS Legs Standing portion +abs
Wed: Drill Max
Thurs: B&G (lower weights)
Fri: BM2
Sat: Kickbox Extreme + lunges
Sun: Rest

Is that what I am? A freestyler? Cool! And I think dgirl will end up with some nice legs on that freestylin' superstylin' rotation
