Question for educated crowd

Hi,
I have been very crunched for time lately and of course, as all you mothers know, when crunched for time it's usually my workouts that suffer most. I do the PS series (each video) once per week. I am curious if I do just one body part per day (for example, biceps on Monday, chest on Tuesday, etc), will I still get good results?
I have looked at past threads and in one post, Cathe tells someone that "the video is more effective when done all together in one session".
However, my question is how much less effective would it be to break it up in this way. I'm not looking to become very cut or defined, I'm just wanting to be a little stronger and more firm.
I am getting good results with the PS series. Will the results be drastically less if I break up the workouts, or only slightly less effective.
Does anybody else out there break up the PS series by body part? If so, please let me know how your results were.
Thanks,
Lisa

Believe me, it works!!!

I followed Cathe's suggestion some time ago to make up my own "one body part per day" routines, and it is VERY effective! That's one reason why I was so excited with the CTX series, 'cause her strength routines are patterned this way. This is my favorite way to train, and you get very noticable results really fast (at least I do).

I still use the PS Legs tape, and now will use the Leaner Legs tape for my stubborn legs, and will go to the Y for the Cybex machines.

I guess we're programmed that we have to work each body part two or three times a week, but it ain't necessary. Our Cathe has streamlined our workouts for us, so just whip out those CTX tapes and save yourself some valuable time.

If you don't have the CTX series, by all means get it!!!

Gonna place my order!

Hi Honeybunch,
Thanks for your response. I had actually posted that question in the "ask Cathe" forum just yesterday, but there was so many posts after it (it had already moved to thread 2)that I didn't think she would ever see my question. Instead of moving it to the top, I just decided to ask the educated crowd. Anyway, she did see it and explained why the PS series is much more effective done in its entirety. The exercises kinda depend on each other to be most effective.
The Crosstrain Express are designed especially for one body part per day. So it is possible to get maximum results doing one body part as long as the exercises are designed to work that way.
That's exactly what I need - maximum results in 10-15 minutes per day. I'm actually gonna buy the new 6 pack just for the weight training because as far as cardio goes, I'm still in love with Step Jam and the wedding video and MIC hi/lo!!! Sorry I'm so long winded.
