Question for Cathe...

Hi Cathe, congrats on your new little boy!! I have a question for you regarding a rotation you posted eons ago. The rotation has since been dubbed the "16 week maximun weight loss rotation". In case you dont remember it exactly, it involves repeating a 4 week rotation 4 times with one week using PS, week two using MIS, week 3 using the CTX series and week 4 using PS and Body Max with step tapes and treadmill, walk/run cardio sessions interspersed. Finally to my question....

most times rotations are recommended that involve using say PS for 8-12 weeks or MIS a few times a week for 8-12 weeks, however the 16 week rotation uses a different strength training tape series each week. Is this any less effective for strength gains, or definition?? Just curious about the thinking that went behind this rotation. Thanks for your response.

Hi Stacy! I have to honestly say that when I originally wrote up these rotations it was based on whatever the person who asked me the original question requested. They may have told me they wanted variety, or only a certain amount of time in a day to workout, etc. So now, when people ask me why I wrote what I did, I cannot answer because it was not meant to be a general rotation for all, rather a specific rotation for this specific individual. While I certainly don't mind at all that others are using these rotations as well, I just want to point out that I don't have these rotations at hand and therefore can't answer these specific questions.
