You know, you CAN just use the music as you like, without worrying about what songs go with what exercises on the DVD's ;-)(since the songs come from different workouts anyway, there may be several that go with chest exercises, for example, none that go with squats, and some that go with cardio. Building your workout around that would give you a rather incomplete workout.
I have a "Powerstrike" CD (that has music originally used on Powerstrike kickboxing workouts) and I use it as background for different kinds of workouts, not just kicboxing.
