Question for Cathe or Trip Coordinators

Just wondering if there are any times for the trip set yet (for when trip officially "starts" and "ends")...I don't really want to book an airline flight until I know and I'm getting sort of nervous not booking a flight yet...hoping the fares don't go up! lol...Thanks in advance. :)
 
I'd love to know this too. Not an exact schedule, but just a general idea of when we should be arriving and when things will wind down on Sunday.

No info YET Terry and Shelley. Cathe is going to be in touch after the Grand Openeing this weekend so we will keep you posted. I'm antsy too but will wait til we hear the final details. C U THERE!!!

I'm tossing around possibly making this event myself and knowing a time would be key for me as well. As you know, getting airline tickets earlier will help all of us with getting the best airfare :)

Great Candi! Hope to see you! I think we'll still have plenty of time to book them. The problem is NOT knowing what the best price WILL be over the next 2 months. Good Luck! (We should know more details within the NEXT week.)

On past road trips, however, just FYI, the first "official" event didn't occur until Friday late afternoon-evening, and the last "official" event was Sunday brunch. I TENTATIVELY -- note that -- think that if you arrive on Friday morning or lunchtime-ish and plan to leave Sunday afternoon (say, after 2:00) you'll be in fine shape to attend everyting official.

There may be informal get-togethers as well for travelers who arrive early or stay late.

We'll let you know more specifics ASAP! :)
