Hi NCMOM! The DVD's we just filmed (DVD#1 and DVD #2) are geared toward the beg/intermediate stepper so they are the first to be mentioned (and soon to be released).
As for existing workouts, any of the weight workouts can be whatever fitness level you need them to be based on your weight selection. Simply select a weight that challenges you (but does not overwhelm you)for each exercise and that will be the appropriate fitness level for you.
As for my cardio based workouts, I would say Cardio and Weights, CTX kickbox, Cardio Kicks, Mega Step Blast, How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding, Step Max, Step Jam, and Step N Motion 1 would qualify for more of an intermediate type workout (although some modifications would have to be made to alter the intensity down from advanced).
