Hi Carole. Do you still freestyle? I've seen your input also on the P90X's and on BBCs - so if you do, how often do you incorporate it and for how long of a rotation?
Hi Lorrie!! It was great meeting you on the RT..I am not Freestyling at the moment. I am focusing right now on my upper body alternating heavy weights one week and endurance weights the next. I am doing 2 heavy leg days and one endurance leg day also. I am going back to using my weight bench for Extensions and Curls as those helped a lot in getting back some strength in running. Back to Freestyle......when I do it, it is normally for about 8 to 10 weeks. Happy to help however I can...
