Question for Carole (Mckmain)

Hi Lorrie!! It was great meeting you on the RT..I am not Freestyling at the moment. I am focusing right now on my upper body alternating heavy weights one week and endurance weights the next. I am doing 2 heavy leg days and one endurance leg day also. I am going back to using my weight bench for Extensions and Curls as those helped a lot in getting back some strength in running. Back to Freestyle...:)...when I do it, it is normally for about 8 to 10 weeks. Happy to help however I can...:)
 
Lorrie...you are so sweet! The pleasure was mine...:)...Yes, Cedie seems just as cool as she appears in the workouts...
