Although I don't often post I do lurk and have been following your problems with Plantar Fasciitis because I too suffer with this condition.
I have tried everything from orthotics to physical therapy to acupuncture with minimal results. Surgery seems to be the next step.
However before I opt for the surgery I would be interested in what kind of results you had.
I pray that your surgery was a success. I know how debilitating this condition can be.
