Hi BFL people! I was reading some of your threads and I was wondering why is it better to workout on a completely empty stomach? I usually workout from 5 to 6 a.m. and my workouts seem to go so much better if I eat a little something first and give myself a little time to wake up. I just feel I have more energy and more to put into my workouts with a little fuel in my body. I've tried just rolling out of bed and doing it first thing on an empty stomach and it was REALLY difficult for me. I'm just curious and trying to learn about fitness. Thanks and have a great day!
