Question for anyone who can answer

I need some cardio ideas. I have outgrown my Firm cardios, Super Cardio is too easy. I cannot do step every day and the only floor cardios I have are KPC, CK and the Bootcamp part without the abwork. I need more than 25 to 30 minutes of cardio. I have IMAX2 and love it, can't always get it perfect but it challenges me - it has the stepwork in it. I need some intense floor cardio workouts to go with my others because I keep cycling the same 3 and am getting a bit bored. When it gets warmer I can run but I was wondering what you all do for higher intensity cardio workouts and if you have any tape suggestions. I usually do only one step workout a week unless I do a Circuit then I may do two or three but I like a lot of variety.

Thank you!

How about Circuit Max or the hi/lo portion of Maximum Intensity Cardio I think the warm up, hi/lo, plus cooldown (maybe even add the stretch without the step after the step portion) comes to roughly 37 min. Some of the Cross Train Expresses are non step or a combo, like 10-10-10 and Kickbox though they are shorter for cardio since you have the weight work with them.

Other than those I can't think of any other that have no or limited step in them.

Hope it helped some:)

Cathe's Cur.Max is great! I really like it the cardio sections in the video.

Some great aerobic tapes that I love, which are very challenging, are the Christi Taylor floor HI/LOW tapes. (Hi/Lo Heaven; Happy Hour) Also, Keri Anderson makes great hi/low videos. Jumprope tapes are good, too, for an intense workout. (I am blanking on some names right now!?!?)

Hope that helps -
