Ladies,
I am contemplating to start an inspired P90X rotation with Cathe's workouts. My question is this. I still would like to loose about 10lbs. My body structure is a V shape, with wide shoulders and back and small hips and buttock. There is not much cardio in this rotation and I was wondering if it would be enough to loose the weight.
I am also in the proces of reading BFFM and according to his teaching if you want to loose weight and BF, you need 5-6 days of cardio/week. I am willing to put 60-75 minutes of exercise/day but not 90min. day in day out. Should I do more of a rotation concentrating on loosing BF as well as toning and them proceed to the P90X rotation?
Although I have been seeing results (more definition in the upper body) I can't say I've seen any difference in weight and BF loss.
I appreciate any feddback you ladies can give me.
