LAST EDITED ON Jul-31-02 AT 11:59PM (Est)[p]I read BFL too. Cathe really shows you how to do each and every move, and there's no way a book can do that. Her tapes and this board are awesome! Now you have another option- home training never was so efficient and fun. Cathe has helped me realize my dream of lifelong fitness! Welcome aboard!
Oh- editing to say- I have results- check out my fitness page (listed in my profile) and here are some tapes that fit BFL categories:
UB: Slow and Heavy Chest and Back, Slow and Heavy Bi and Tri; CTX Upper Body Split, Bodymax Upper body section (30 min), Pure Strength Chest Shoulder Triceps, Pure Strength Back Biceps and Abs.
LB: Leaner Legs, Pure Strength Strong Legs and Abs, Slow and Heavy Legs and Shoulders (Leg Section).
Bill Phillips has the "20-minute cardio solution" but Cathe has much more available for cardio. Step, Kickbox, and Hi-Lo floor moves are all on the CTX series. Each cardio routine is 30 minutes long in that series. She also has hour-long cardio and circuit tapes. Cardio Kicks is awesome. Many tapes have ab sections. You'll have to check them all out.
Interval Max is the cardio I started with. Wait till you see it! It is awesome!
