Cathe,
I have noticed that on some of the rotations you have posted in the past that you have put a circuit workout the day after a weight workout. Is this overtraining, or is it ok to do a circuit workout after a weight workout as long as you use light weights? Thanks.
 
Hi Digitaljtothea! It is okay to do a circuit workout after a weight workout. If the body part that you did the day before is sore, use light (or no) weight for that muscle group in the circuit workout. For instance, if you did a very heavy chest workout and then the circuit workout had a secttion where you did push ups, either skip that section or do them very modified. :)
