Hey all! I have a question regarding Pyramids dvd. When I do weights I like to work the entire body rather than upper one day, lower the next because of time constraints. I read that the dvd has a program in there for total body, if that's the case, is it just a matter of clicking on it to choose that option? My DVD player is rather primitive and cheap so I don't know about programming it for sections. I am really considering getting the 3 Intensity dvds!! Cathe is the greatest!!

Yes, the Pyramid DVD has a program that combines PUB and PLB. It's in the Pyramid Up format for all weight exercises, and doubles-up on the leg presses (Cathe loves those leg presses!). It does not include any of the floor (stability ball) work.
When you have the DVD on the main menu, you just "arrow down" and click. No programing of your player is needed. It's a great DVD to have! I also love Cardio and Weights, and Muscle Endurance in the Intensity Series. I haven't tried IMAX2 or Bootcamp yet - they scare me!
