Question about Squeeze Workouts

I know many of you have tried the Squeeze workouts and have had great results. I have the original, which I really enjoy, and just bought Squeeze Stronger and Lower Body Challenge, however, I'm not sure how to incorporate all three of them along with my cardio (either Cathe or running/walking). Plus, there are all the premixes, so I'm a bit perplexed.

Has anyone created their own rotation primarily consisting of Squeeze workouts?
