I'm getting ready to start South Beach on either Sat or Sun and I've read the book and checked the website, but I still have a few questions about what is allowed in each phase. For example, the book lists that you can eat beans in the first phase, but then in the list where it says what you can start adding back in during phase 2, it lists pinto beans and black-eyed peas. I'm confused. Does anyone know where I can find a complete list of exactly what's allowed? If I'm going to make the effort, I want to do it right!!!
