First off, Hi! I'm new here, I've been lurking for a few weeks and finally decided to join.
I workout five times a week, an hour each time. Usually I do three days of cardio and two of strength. My issue is that I'm very rarely getting sore. I switch up the strength videos I'm doing, and I do challenge myself with the weights. Is this okay, and will I get good results even if I'm not getting any soreness?
